About Us

We are a Reformer Pilates studio based in the heart of the community in outer west Newcastle situated within Blakelaw Shopping Centre .

Our large team of passionate and dedicated instructors are on hand to support and guide you through your Pilates experience. We welcome beginners, those expanding thier practice and those returning to what they love - want to move more? We want you! .

All of our instructors are fully qualified in Mat & Reformer Pilates with additional Pre & Post Natal, Yoga and Pilates for Children qualifications amongst our highly skilled team.

We offer affordable and accessible packages to suit all needs; from individual 1:1 sessions, intro, single and multi use passes as well as £130 per month unlimited memberships and celebration options too!
